Dont get confused by the topic. Music really soothes my ear. Whenever i am feeling low or I am bored with my own life to bring some change i listen to some gud music. It really helps me a lot. Iam a working professional so i didn't get that much time but wenever i have i utilise dat time. I like listening to Rihaanna and Backstreet Boys.I hope anyone apart from me would also like to listen to backstreet boys.

This title kind of throws me off... lol even though you mentioned not to get confused by the title, so I guess I will do my best not to... hah I just would like to point out that what you explain is not considered Music Therapy. I have taken classes on music therapy and the definition to music therapy is the accompaniment of music in a solo/group based activity to improve or heal disabilities. Yes I agree with you on using music to calm down your senses and bring life back into your... well life, but that is not music therapy... lol But all in all kudos to you on still rocking out the Backstreet Boys... I myself am still a Hanson fan... lol Please don't stop the music. Let it blast. Happy Listening and thanks for the discussions.

music is good therapy. I listen to it all the time... I am about to turn my music in on right now actually and i always listen to it throughout the day and when i go on my walks... It helps me work out and it'll help me when i'm feeling down and when i'm happy i just love it i couldn't live without my music and some days i listen to it so much that my ear will be sore the next day from wearing my head phones for so long lol
