I believe that most people tends to worry about a lot of things in life. I think no person is not worried of anything, do you agree? Personally, I am worried about my health since I have been diagnosed with a cancerous colon. I undergone a surgery to remove the cancerous part in m colon but still I am worried that it will come back again. How about you? What are you worried about? Why?

Health issue can really make one depressed, and in your case, i dont think it would recur, which would have been very well explained to you by your doctors through some test reports...so why worry unncsrly then....coming to me, i dont have any health issues in my family and personally, there are quite a few worries which tends to sometimes put me off, but then i myself come out of it in a very short period, since its very true that "time is a very good healer" i have exprncd it and so, i believe it...not only to me, it applies to everyone including you Shin So...

Getting a cancerous part in colon is serious thing to think. And it's very normal that you worry a lot for it. Last year, I went on swimming and a lot of water went inside my ear, the hurt really kills me. I didn't even get to sleep that night because of the pain. I was relieved the next morning (my sleeping position heading down my left ear where the water was and I think it goes out when I sleep), and planned to see a doctor. I was shocked when the doctor told me that I have a perforated eardrum, and it needs a surgery to heal it. After that day, I can't fully recovered, I am really worried for that.

I think everyone has worries in life and these worries come into different phases. What matters is how you handles these worries and instead of thinking about them, try to keep a positive outlook in life. My worries include my studies, my only son, and my family life as a whole.
