Well, mylot.com uses moneybookers. I haven't seen any other sites that uses moneybookers for earning. But there are some that allow you to pay with moneybookers. I do find moneybookers reliable and affordable. If I am back into internet marketing, I think moneybookers will be one of my payment gateway.
