avacardo salad

when i was in bali a few years ago now, i always lived on avacardo salad if anyone out there has any idea how to make this please msg me as i loved it and have no idea how to make it..i can make any other salad just have no idea with avacardo one..

There must be many variations...let me see. firstly, I'd start with an avocado.
Seriously though, when I can afford to buy avocado...I won't pay more than 80 cents for one, I simply slice it and add it to my regular salad which consists of, tomato, lettuce, raw onion, mushrooms, capsicum (if I have it) and what ever dressing I fancy.

i will try it and a few other ways as well, i guess we can put what ever we want in it..i just wish i took more notice of what was in the bali one..i ate the stuff every day and i dont remember what was in it..

I don't know, but I'd like to. sounds interesting! As this is an old discussion, I'll definitely have to look at past responses, to see what others have said. I love avocados in just about anything, so whatever recipes have shown up in this discussion will be interesting to see.

I love avocado and I can eat it everyday. It is so good and delicious and filling that after eating one I do not like to eat dinner anymore. Cheers!!
