what do you think are the disadvantages of drinkng tea?

we all know that drinking tea has many disadvantages. but are there disadvantages?

If you are making a tea (especially black one) in the tea pot, a leave it for later use by pouring more hot water into it that then it is harmful for you. Leaving the same tea for a long time causes many toxic ingredients appear in it. That's why i recommend you to always drink a fresh tea. Tea has much more advantages, and i am a true tea lover, that's why it is very hard for me to remember something else. Enjoy it!

Well i like it especially when i have a severe cold. Its very effective.Well tea is good for health, but i can take 2 times a day which is healthy. Wont go for more cups.

Some people have problems with caffeine. I don't hae this problem, but some do. One problem that I have with drinking too much tea or coffee is that I have to use the rest room a little too often.

Tea is very good they said bcoz it cleans out body inside.I don't know a lot about it but when im sick befor my mom used to give me tea.Its good when its cold.

Others say that tea if overconsumption, may cause kidney damage. Can irritate your stomach. Drinking 8 or 9 daily duplicates the symptoms of ulcer. Slows the digestion process. Creates gas. Causes diarrhea and constipation. Affects respiratory and heart function. Causes indigestion. Overexcites the nervous and causes palpitations.
