I received a response for my 6 months old discussion and so I decided to leave a comment for my valued friend. I only realized that I didn't leave any comments to the whole page of responses when I checked the discussion. I was surprised and re-read the whole discussion and the responses. I might forgot to leave a comment but I do remember replying to some and was surprised to see that there was no comment for a few of them. What surprised me more is that I couldn't remember reading some of the responses. I was absent from here for a few months and when I was active again, I tried to clear up my e-mail notifications. I didn't see anyone here responded to that discussion before. Am I getting old (mind you...I am only 36!) or something was wrong somewhere? Ever happened to any of you before?

You are not that old... and that happens to a lot of us here... maybe you just did not get any notification... because i remember there was a time when that feature was down...
I also sometimes for get to comment to some discussions because i am sometimes too busy commenting on recent response... but when i see them... i just immediately comment and as sorry for being so late... i believe that it is better to be late than to be sorry...

I am glad that you are the second person who agrees with me - yeah, I am not that old! *smiles* I am not too sure why it happened. Maybe it was a glitch here or maybe it was just me thinking that I did comment but instead I might just read the response, rated it and left the page *winks* Whatever it is, as you said, it is better late than never.

i am sure that when u first read the discussion around 6 mnths ago, you didn't read them as carefully as you would have read your school textbook. and 6 monhts is a lot of time to remember something as trivial as responses. you were probably reading about 50 responses everyday....and you wouldn't remember any of them the next day
if you really had remembered all of the responses from 6 months ago, that would be superhuman!

I can't remember everything but the responses that I received were not that many. I remember reading one of the last responses and I feel like I did comment on the last response but when I checked it, nothing is being said about the same response. Maybe there was a glitch before or maybe it is just a deja vu *smiles*

must have been deja vu....i get that many times myself! just yesterday i though i had started some thread in some site...so today i went to read the replies-there weren't any! u know y? coz there was no thread! i had to start it again!

Hi gr8life,
That also happen to me for my 2 months old post..I found it when I got a new response and when I visited the page, I have some responses which has no comment!LOL! I tried to evaluate why but can't remember..LOL!
It's not our age dear...you are still very young! Just a glith maybe, in my case, I was thinking it was the notifications placed under spam and I deleted it! LOL!

Hello checapricorn,
I received less e-mail notifications and sometimes, whenever someone comments on the response, I don't even get it. Since I have a limited time here, my utmost priority is to respond to others. I am still quite far behind ... I managed to reduce the number of notifications but still, I have plenty of discussions to respond to, back to as early as May. I am glad to know that at least someone agrees with me - I am not that old *big laughs*

Hmmmm..not sure I have run into anything like that....Maybe at the time you decided that the response given was sufficient and you didn't need to reply to it..not sure...

I received just two pages of responses for that particular discussion about 6 months ago. I remember checking the last response that I received and I felt like I did leave a comment to that particular response or maybe it is just a dejavu? I am a bit confused but hopefully, it is not because I am getting forgetful and older *laughs*

I hope to hear from you more often. Whenever I post a discussion, I do feel happy when I get a response. Even if it is just a response, I appreciate it so much that sometimes I smile alone. Look like a crazy thing to do but that's how MyLot makes my day!

Aww! I checked your profile for the very first time just now! Is it really a senior moment? To me??? How I wish not to agree with you *laughs* I know that MyLot had some glitches last time and I really hope it was because of that problem. Whatever it is, I will try my best to leave a comment for each and everyone who responded to my discussions. That's how I show my appreciation to them for spending time reading and responding to my discussions.
