If you are going to put up a business, what would it be and why?

my husband always say "nobody gets rich from hard work alone, a person needs to think of investing or putting up a business that is on demand to succeed". very realistic, very true! i do not perceive myself working to the extent of my life. i also would like to experience having my own business that will certainly make an asset to my family. and so, if i will be given the chance to save an enough amount, i will invest on putting some apartments for least or rental. i also would like to have a resto-bar. how about yours?

I'm planning to have my own school or re-open my tutorial center. My hubby and I are both teachers and since I'm planning to stop teaching and focus on my kids, I can just have tutorials to augment his income. But I have to look for a good location because the rate here in the place we're staying right now is sooooo low. We have to plan more on this.

I want to open up a book store. I live in a small town and we have a second hand book store, but they don't have many books. I want to open one up and sell text books that our local college uses at discount prices...and hardcover and softcover bestsellers..I just think it would be nice. We don't have a public library in my town either. I think it would be neat to open up a library and charge a small fee for a library card and like for copies and stuff and have internet access..I just think it would be something that my town could use that would better it. :)
