Most unique footwear you ever saw?

Being a big fan of different types of exotic footwear I dare you all to post pictures on the most unique, odd and exotic footwear you ever saw in your entire life!

I've seen many shoes I love and are very unusual but some of those make me wonder if there is actually a way of walking on them. I imagine the pic of the person standing on them is being taken why two other people support them out of sight; they just photograph the shoes/boots and the ankles/legs so who says the model can actually walk in them?

I've uploaded a pic of shoes that have a round heel, I never saw anything like it before! I don't think they are pretty but they sure are unique to see.

Good God cyberfluf, you're certainly making it hard for me here! 
The most unique pair of footwear I have seen was probably a pair of pumps with wide heels that had live goldfish swimming around in them! I could not find a picture of the original ones I once saw in a magazine, but here's another example I found:
