Am I jinxed or what? Why doesn't the stupid thing post my discussion?!

I've tried over 8 times to post a discussion about the new kitty I am getting but every time I'm uploading the pic I get a blank screen about starting a new discussion and I still haven't seen it appear somewhere.
What's going on? I tried to remove smiles, remove all sorts of things but it just won't post the bloody topic. I'm getting pretty annoyed by it and I saved the topic in my notepad to see if it will post it later on.
Let's hit the button and hope it posts this one....

That only happened to me when I was getting logged out and didn't notice it,so I kept re-writing the same discussion over and over again untill I looked up the page and told me I was not signed in.
If we spend too much time writing,the page expires,and in order to prevent that we must check the 'keep me logged in' box ,when we sign in to mylot,at least that's what I did and it solved my problem.
In your case,it could also have to do with the picture you are trying to upload..maybe it's a server error with the photos and it affects your discussion too

I think it might be the last thing you mentioned as I keep that box checked at all times and other discussions do get posted. I tried to post it without a picture and that worked. I hope once someone replies I will be able to post a pic to their reply. Thanks for responding!
