I've had my fair share of mobile phones and there have been a lot of good once but also brands I would never ever consider buying again.
I once owned a nokia 3310 and it lasted me a while but it broke the same instance it touched the ground, and it wasn't even hard I just put down my schoolbag in it was in the front pocket. The whole screen was ruined. No more nokia...
Then there was a Samsung who did very well, my ex boyfriend had the same type samsung cell phone that survived a dip in the toilet. GREAT!
Sony Ericsson, awfull! The software crashed after half a year and it was pretty much unfixable. The guy from the phonestore said this happens to sony ericsson all the time... so take it away, no more sony ericsson!
Going through my list of cell phones I say Sony Ericsson gets my pick because it crashed the earliest and it was infixable and at no noticable cause.
How about you guys, what cell phone brand get's nominated worst?

I have worked in related fields of the mobile industry now for over 15 years and I do agree with the last comment that it is hard to choose a really bad mobile these days as there are a lot of similar chip sets etc used throughout many of them. As long as you use common sense and do your homework you should be pretty safe. I do remember a long time ago a particular handset made by Alcatel that caused me so many problems with my customers at the time that this handset may as well have been possessed by the devil! I am not sure if Alcatel even MAKE handsets any more as I haven't seen one in a while; but by far these were the worst mobiles I had ever come across to date.
