Yes! We in the Church of Christ (a christian religion) believe in the bible. Creation is said to be finished in 6 days because if you are going to convert human time to God's time here is the ratio: 1hr of God's time= 1000 years of human. If you have extra time maybe you can check out Church of Christ we are conducting doctrines everyday, hope you can come.

I forgot about the verse, but it's in the time when he prophesize of the first and second world war. I'll ask for the verse again so I can explain to you how.

Words within scriptures can lead to an interpretation of a long creation or a short creation. In the end, it does not have to be earth days for the bible to be true and for God to exist.

Yah! I know what you mean. Whether it is short or long, I still believe in God that He is the Creator.

I believe that God created everything in six days, just like the Bible says. Science is always trying to prove the Bible wrong but it always backfires on them.

I do believe in the Bible, but, I would like to point-out that Science of Man is the one trying to prove that the Bible is wrong. But, in the true sense of science which is "wisdom" or "knowledge", the science of God or Wisdom of God in the Bible always and shall always proves that Knowledge and Wisdom comes from God. Wisdom and Knowledge are just around us, in everything God has made. Only, the so-called science of man, acquires that same knowledge and understanding after they have studied the things that God has made, thats when the time they can acquire theyre knowledge. Still, it came from God, thru His creations

Amen to that!!! If you believe in God, then you know that He can do anything. In fact, I don't know how you can look around at all the beautifully created things in the world and believe in anything else but God.

I don't even believe God created the earth so I think I'm gonna agree with scientists... But this is a very interesting thing to discuss about. I mean, how can something be born in nothing? No matter what Bible or science says, something had to be born from nothing...

Well, starting off, the Bible is the only historical book to have never been proven wrong. Not everything in it has been proven right..yet...but it nothing in it has ever been proven wron. Secondly, all Scripture is God-breathed, so I believe it. I think were people get confused is in thinking that the days of Creation were actual 24 hour days. It does not say that anywhere in the Bible. My belief is that is did take 6 days but those 6 days may be comparable to 1000 or 1000000 years compared to what we call days now.

I believe that the Bible is more accurate and scientific than the science of man. In all aspects the bible is correct and accurate. The creation in Genesis does not only covers and mentioned the creation of our earth but the creation of the whole universe. But, of course the 1 day is like a 1,0000 days mentioned in the new testament means that a thousand days or even a million is just like a day to the God, because He is not govern by time.

The Holy Spirit can create anything HE wants and can do it in an instant because HE is immortal and Higher Being. So i believe HE created everything in 6 days on HIS own. GOD can created everything in 6 days, but it will take man million and billions of years to do the same thing. so i guess it depends on who you were talking about created the earth and life...
