Landlord (who is a family Member) from Hell Big Bully..Can he do this stuff?

Does everyone eventually experience a Landlord from Hell? I know I am right now, and I am not sure exactly how much he can get away with. I will be brief in content as it can get tiring to read all this. Here are some examples of what has been done (just listing a few) My roomie came home about 2;30AM (as he has night shift); next day Landlord complains he was woken up by the car.. so he riggs his push lawnmower (so it stays running) and places it directly under my roomies window while he says if he woke me up I'll wake him up (childish huh) Landlord has been recently married to a woman who is so insecure ( I believe), If I were out in the yard with my 2 year old sun, playing in 80 degree weather, in shorts, not short shorts- my landlord would phone me and ask me to go into the house as his wife was on her way up the driveway. Weird huh? I was also recently asked to move my sons sandbox (which sits outside my entry door) down past the door along with our seating chairs 10 feet because when she cam outdoors she just wants to see farmland, not people. I have also just had to ask my roomie to leave as my landlord did not like that he was Puerto rican... How awful is that, he told me if he does not leave.. then he will evict all of us, what choice do I have. I am sure that is illegal, but housing right now is tough. Many, many stories to tell about. How does everyone feel about a Bully Landlord?
