ahhhh HELP

heres the scoop, my car wont start. it clicks but it wont turn over. anybody with any knowlegde of what to do please help. i have a chevy lumina 1997. it clicks, the lights and everything on it works. so i dont think it is the battery. i have checked the wiring and everything seems cosher there. we have gas in it so i doubt it has anything to do with that. anybody with knowlegde of this please help.
