if you have ordered a pizza, and they say all I wanted was cheese?Or do you order a cheese pizza? Now if there is more than one child, I will order a cheese pizza. But my one daughter only eats one large slice, usually. What would you do?

I remember many years ago how I recognized a friend's car outside of Pizza Hut and went in to surprise him. He had ordered a pizza for himself and asked me if I happened to like pizza crusts. He said that he hated them and always left them behind, even though he knew that it was a waste. He was glad to find out that there wasn't a single part of a pizza that I hated except for the empty platter when it was gone, so we were like Mr. & Mrs. Jack Spratt with me eating the crust (that is, what's on the back of each slice and not the dough underneath) of each slice and him eating everythig else.

Oh yes! I forgot the rest of my answer is that I would set up something like Marshall and I did and would scrape that one slice of pizza free of its contents with the exception of the cheese base and would eat them myself! Oink-Oink-Oink!!! I used to do something like this at a place called The Nashville House in Nashville, Indiana (in Brown County). It was like I was the only one at the table (including my folks, my cousins, and myself) who simply loved the spicy cole slaw that came with every dinner, so I got everybody's cole slaw and was as happy as a flea on a St. Bernard!!!

We're a bit strange, and order a half meatlover/half vegetarian! Go figure! My husband and son eat the meatlover and I eat the veg. It works for us!

I have never had this problem because my kids will eat a pizza with all the toppings. My son would complain if I ordered a cheese pizza. I think I would probably ask them if they could do 1/4 of the pizza with just cheese for the kid. That way there will be 2 slices of cheese pizza just in case she decided to have more than one slice.

My son never liked the meat on pizza so I would just take the meat off of a piece and put it on my husband piece it was to expensive to order him a seperate cheese pizza. I finally have convinced him that hamburger pizza is good now too.

If I order my kids a pizza then they will normally eat whatever they have asked for, they never change their minds once it gets here! Whatever pizza is left over my 6 year old son will claim as his and will usually eat it for his supper, so none ever gets wasted!

I think that cheese pizza is the one most dependent on the place it was made, since there is so little stuff on it. For me, it has to have a lot of cheese a very little sauce. And the sauce can't be gross.

Well, We try to pick all the stuff off because my little sister won't eat anything but a cheese pizza and sometimes even if you have picked everything off she won't eat it. But if we have the extra money we will get her her own personal pan pizza the way she likes.

My son was awful, he took everything off it including the cheese and then would wipe the crust with a paper towel and say he liked pizza. I ordered for what the adults wanted and removed the extra... I personally liked the extra toppings on my pizza!

I like cheese pizza the best myself. So I always order cheese pizza. My kids all love cheese pizza too. My husband likes the combination pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes. I just don't like all of those things on my pizza. So usually we get 2 pizzas, 1 with cheese and 1 with 1/2 combination and 1/2 cheese. We are a family of 6 so it is all gone by the time we are finished. Mmmm! Now I am craving some pizza! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!

I would pick off the toppings, but it doesn't always work. Some pizzas loose too much cheese when you try this. Get a cheap cheese pizza for the kid and one with veggie toppings for the adults. If the choice is between Tony's pizza and some DiGornio pizza, the kid might just knuckle under and eat the tiny bit of veggies that lie on the cheese of the more expensive pizza.

I used to order 1 cheese pizza and 1 for whatever hubby and I wanted, or perhaps do half cheese and half something else. But now my kids like toppings, so we just try to compromise. The kids like sausage or onion. Hubby likes meats and I like veggies. So we will get one onion that me and the kids will eat and one sausage that hubby and the kids will eat. Of course now I have to buy 3 pizzas anyways to feed this crowd, lol.

I useally will order a big pizza of what ever kind the adults want and a small cheese for the kid. That way what ever they don't finish you can put into the fridge and save for later. This generally works in most cases it does for me. I hope this helps some if any have fun take care.
