I need help especially Filipinos out there who have a paypal verified account

I have earnings now in PTC but my problem is my paypal is not yet verified and I dont have the capacity to apply for a bank account and to apply a credit card. I really need your help if you have a verified paypal account...

well, you cannot be verified if you don't have any bank account or credit card., so it is useless.,why you can't apply for a bank account? you need it ... so better open a bank or you may not use your paypal., have a nice day ahead! see you around! myliezl0903 manila, philippines
