Effects of high-tech innovations....

In the field of aviation, more specifically airlines, flight engineers have been completely outmoded since the Boeing 767. Even pilots dont have to do much flying anymore, thanks to all the autopilot and autoland systems on jetliners nowadays. It has even been projected that in the near future, jetliners will only need 1 pilot, to handle the aircraft in case of emergencies thanks to all the complex redundancy systems that will be in place on jetliners of that era.

There aren't a lot, I don't think. Plus, the good far outweighs the bad with computers...and if you don't like them, the Amish will be there for you.
