Welcome to the Cook's Corner a new interest in cooking....

I was sitting copying some recipes while watching t.v. and I decided there are book clubs where people read a book together and then they sit down and discuss the book what they liked, disliked , the point the author was trying to make and what not. So I sat here and thought long and hard about it and decided we here at mylot needed a Cook's Corner. Now what Cook's Corner is going to be is all of us that are interested in cooking and wanting to try new recipes will start a discussion and post a recipe in that we will all try and then come back and talk about it if we liked it what we liked about it and if we made any changes to the recipe that we though it might or might not need. This is to help provide our families and us with something new to try and get ideas so that we can find new flavors and food ideas. I encourage everyone to join and start a discussion at least once a week here so that we have something new for the week to eat and try ... This is not limited to main dishes it can be a new dessert , brakfast, snack, or healthly meal for a diabetic or what not. There is no limit on what we can exchange here and learn from eachother. I do hope that you join this topic and we can continue to help each other learn and grow as cooks. Take care and thank you for your time..
