pedicure?

i my self dont go and get pedicures i do them on myself at home. i found that using a very rough grit nail file works wonders on smoothin out your calluses. also using a good foot cream such as cucumber heel therapy will do your feet wonders and make them look like you get your pedicures professionaly done. it is also always good to cut your toe nails and not to short and straight across so you dont get hangnails. dont cut your cuticles either just push them back. also buffing your nails before you polish is good then put your base coat on and your 2 coats of color and your top coat and you just gave yourself your own full fledge pedicure. best to do about every 4-6 weeks. how know this all you ask im a nail technician and thats the basic amount of time people get their pedicures.

HI skbh, I don't apply nail polish often, My nails are not very healthy for that, it will die! LOL! Anyway, I am cleaning my nails every weekend..Brush it, cut since I don't like to have a long nails, then scrub it..That's it! I am also very particular about the cleanliness of my nails..I will not be comfortable having a dirty nails..LOL! Just part of how we were raised really!

I go to a "nail spa" once every two weeks to get a pedicure. I like it being done there because they not only clean my nails but I also get a hand and feet massage for free. It's my one way to relax.
