how do you get started for your mondays?

it is monday morning right now and things need to be done being that it is the beginning of the week and i am so tired and don't really want to do anything currently, i mean i know that i should but i just honestly don't feel like it so i was just wondering what you all do to get ready for the new week i have tried to do what i usually do and thats listen to music and that isn't really helping me that much today, so if you don't mind telling me what you all do to get ready for the week i would be so thankful, i hope that you all have a great monday and the rest of the week as well thanks for taking the time to read my discussion and i hope that you all have a great week!

I always take Monday to be the start of a work week. Initially, i used to feel the pressures of it and get all entangled in figuring out how to handle it. Now I simplified a little. I'd come to the office whever I can on a Sunday and do some of the things that I would have done on the Monday. So Monday becomes like any other day.

Well so that I would have a better start on Monday I make sure that I had a good rest Sunday night. Also I do exercise on Monday mornings so that I wouldn't feel lazy at work. A warmed up body would surely be motivated not to feel lazy even on a Monday.
