What's the craziest (or most stupid) horror movie you've ever seen?

Years ago, I saw a really creepy movie called
Motel Hell. Plot line was simple.
Older couple who owned a motel (Motel Hello)
targeted unsuspecting tourists and planted them
in the garden. Literally!
At least that's how I remember the movie.
Anyway, that was the creepiest and most crazy
horror movie I've ever seen. Well, the other
crazy movie was "Daughters of Satan".
Think that was the title.
It was one of those witch hunt movies where
they tortured people for insane lengths
of time. Any ordinary person would have died after just
a few minutes. But these people just kept suffering.
It was painful to watch.
So what's the most stupid or crazy horror movie
you've ever seen? Worst plot line ever?
Worst special effects? Totally unbelievable horror movie?
As in the worst horror movie?
What's the best?

for the creepiest movie i've ever seen, it would probably be the movie "phantasm"... probably because i was still young when i watched so i still find everything scary. from what i've remembered, phantasm has sequels. i just don't know how many. another scary movie for me is "nightmare on elm street" classic...
anyway, for the most stupid scary movie i've watched, its "haunted stairs" (i think that's the title)... its a korean so-called horror movie... i hate it! there was another movie... unfortunately, i forgot the title...
