The Biggest Loser......

I'm sure most of us here have either watched that show or at least heard of it. So mylotters, after seeing so many discussions on weight lose (and gain) lets see who the biggest loser is here. Don't be shy, if you have put on a lot of weight and have been successful in losing weight then this is your choice for a 'pat' on the back and a high five! I'll even start it, 4 years ago I was pushing 300 lbs (I'm 5'3"), I actually don't know if I went over 300 lbs because I stopped getting on the scales at 290! However, I lost 150 lbs 3 years ago and have kept it off, my goal is to loose 30 more lbs. But, I feel like I have made a great accomplishment in what I've lost and being able to keep it off. So, who's the biggest loser here?

Hi palonghorn, Wow! great job, how did you do it? That is amazing! Well, I am 5'2" and weigh 110 lbs, I am trying to lose 10 lbs but every now and then I am bouncing back to 108 lbs to 110lbs..hahahaha!

Thank you. Mainly, I cut out all sweets and cold drinks. And I still don't eat sweets very often, maybe once or twice a year. I have a cold drink maybe once every few weeks. I also cut my portions way back and found a lot of ways to fix salad. And I get in a mile to 3 mile vigorous walk 5 days a week.

I will always say the best way to lose weight is not to eat so much. Last week was the week before payday and I ate a lot less since I had extremely little money. I must have lost about 4 pounds, at least, and thats not a joke. You want to lose weight ? Don't eat !
