I started my blog almost three months ago and I am happy to have checked it this morning and found that I have got a Page Rank 3 Was quite eager for this so it is great that I have one now. Thanks to those that have replied my previous ones in blogging that included PR, indexing and RSS feeds When did you get your first page rank and what's your current page rank? What's the highest achievable page rank?

Beautysceneries - the page rank value is 2 from 10 possible points! If you don't believe me, check it yourself at http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php Congratulations!

Sudhajosyula50, as kiizu pointed out, copy the code from that PR checker site into a HTML/javascript element on your blog..you should have a page rank especially if you've had for a while, even 0 is a start Have a look at some of the discussions here about increasing your page rank, I have learnt a thing or two from myLotters

Congratulations! I'm still on 1... I haven't work on it properly. You are a good example for all of us! The highest level is 10. You have 7 steps to go

Congratulations on the PR3! I currently have several blogs - my main blog has been stuck on a pr2 forever. I am not sure why. My other blog was at a pagerank 4, but got knocked down to a pr3 :( That's kind of a bummer but I think I can keep up at it & get it higher again. The highest page rank you can get is a 10, though likely for a blog it will probably never go much higher than a PR 5-7.

Thanks vera5d! I don't think I'd really mind how high the number, whether 3, 5 or 7it's better than not having one or being stuck with that big fat 0 I guess I just like to put some sort of value to things I do and in this case, it sort of makes up for the time..

Two of my blogs have recently been allotted PR1 in this month PR update . But I ma more happy with the traffic than with a high PR . PR doesn't makes much sense if you only get a few dozen daily hits . But more those that want to get a better return from their blog in the form of sponsored postings , PR is important .
