I pick my swimming pool in my backyard. I am not too crazy about the beach. I always end up next to someone in a thong bikini...whether they should be wearing it or not! I guess I am just too old fashioned, I don't need to see that much bum. ha ha We have a strict No Thong rule at my house.

i really love the beach, but a couple of weeks ago we were at friends house and they have a large in ground pool at their house and i could get used to living next to the pool. taking a book outside when you want, swimming when you want, that sort of thing...how nice would that be?

Most of I I love to swim at a tropical beach because the water is crystal clear and delightfully warm. I enjoy seeing the scenery like the gently waving palm trees. I also adore swimming in natural places like refreshingly cool pools by an amazing waterfall or in a tranquil lake. I feel happiest swimming in calm water without a strong rip tide or high waves. There were such huge waves in Hawaii that I couldn't paddle let alone swim so I went to sleep on the white sand beach. Oh my! I got so incredibly sunburned. I think public swimming pools in my home country can be too cold however if the water is warm I enjoy a swim in one of these pools. I went to a delightful swimming pool in tropical Australia with palm trees around a large blue pool. That was lovely but not as special as a swimming spot that nature has made.

If I am going to swim I prefer a swimming pool. It is usually cleaner and it is usually easier to swim. I like going to beaches for the scenery and the sound. I really enjoy watching the waves come up. I guess I just feel like I can't really swim in the beach. My family used to go the beach every summer for vacation. We don't do it as much anymore. I do have to say it is very rare where we go that I see someone in a thong bikini. It has been so long since I have went to a beach it would be really nice to go. Even if I didn't swim in the water. I sometimes don't swim at all in the water at the beach. I just like going.

I prefer a pool. I don't like getting everything sandy and the waves and not to mention the critters that live in the ocean. Although salt water is very good for you.

I prefer a pool because it is usually cleaner. I don't mind going to the beach to swim though. I normally do not pay attention to what other people are wearing so it does not bother me at all.
