We all have stress in our lives, even if they are minor stresses, they are irritating at best. And, we all have our own little ways to deal with that stress, whether it is deep breathing exercises or other ways to relax, like a nice long hot bath. But, here is a great way to deal with stress, or just Life in general: Handle every Stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or play with it, Pee on it and walk a way. Click on the picture for a cute senior moment... And, when you are done laughing at the shirt, tell us all how do you spell stress relief?

Actually there is no such thing as stress free life. And you can only be without stress if you don't have life anymore. From the day we were born here stress has always accompanied us in out journey to our life. The only thing we can do is to manage it so that we could live our lives more comfortably during the day. So be aware that stress is always there to bother you if you can. But if you can manage it well it will not be bothersome to you anymore and accept it is a way of life.

Senior tee shirt - Cute tee shirt talking about Life and wrinkles.
Since I spend almost my entire day online, the only major stress I have is the computer and I can always walk away from it and go have a cup of coffee or chat with my family Now, I will attempt to add the photo that didn't show up in the original post...

Well maybe you are young and can cope with stress with being in a computer the whole day. But in time it will show.

Thankfully, I am no longer young But, I am retired which gives me a lot less stress than when I was a working man. I would not want any young person to spend too much time online, I'd hope that they would actually have a life

I think stress is normal in our life and sometimes we can't avoid it.It just comes, depending what kind of stress we will have.Mostly i have stress headache cause by some problems that i couldn't help but keep thinking.I can't avoid it but i can deal with it by finding solutions to the cause.

You should never spend much time worrying about things that you cannot control

The only senior moment here was mine when I added that photo to the discussion without previewing it first to ensure the photo was there

I like that motto! For me, stress relief is giving my kids to my hubby for 15 minutes while I "disappear" somewhere with my lap top...It is my little escape to write on my blogs or visit mylot or do anything else without hearing "mommy, mommy, mommy!" Sometimes a nap will help a lot too, i took an awesome 2 hr one today :) :) :)

It's amazing how little "me" time parents get, and even a few minutes seems like such a good thing. A two hour nap sounds wonderful to me

Exercising works fairly well for me. If I don't feel like working out then cleaning is excellent stress relief for me. + exercise/cleaning =

Sorry, fwidman, the picture seems not to have been posted along with your discussion. So cannot comment upon that one. But I'll answer your second query. Well, for me, I haven't undertaken any stress therapy yet. I do feel bored with them. I know many people will disagree with me, but somehow, I really can't bring myself to meditate or something. I simply can't concentrate enough on it, letting alone making my mind blank! I feel that it would simply have been better playing some computer games or watching some movies than doing all this stuff. I know I maybe wrong, maybe later in life, I'll be hit hard for not practising these things earlier on in life, but as everybody knows, I'm a mightily lazy person. Can't change that, can I? Cheers.

If you check the comment above yours, I got the picture to upload If you can play games and get away from whatever has stressed you out, then you have succeeded Making my mind blank is pretty easy, there isn't much up there to blank out
