Call center has reduced unemployment?

i think ...yes...i agree with you....but these call centres are having no guarantee about how long they will stay in this country......according to a report in future d labour costs in india is to rise.....people are demanding more for what they give....while in countries like china and russia these costs will remain unchanged due to their constitution type.....so these call centers are expected to shift there.....but thats only a proposal .....so i think till the time indians are earning from them its always beneficial to everyone....

In India this is so, as many countries send the work to that country, I used to be a telephone operator here in Australia years ago and in those days it was the same it helped the unemployment here as there were hundreds and hundreds of people who used it to get experience before getting other jobs but they have nearly all closed down in this country now and the work is sent to India.
