problem with paypal

I got problem with paypal since january 2008,they disable my account due to unresolved problem with a pyramid scheme i joined without realising that it's violate paypal policy. I urged them to close the account but they never reply my emails personally instate they send email via autoresponder asking me to resolve the problem. What i understand,paypal will close the account after 180 days of unresolved problem but why my account is still on but cripple,can deposit money but cannot send or receive money that's unfair!. Please anybody has any second opinion or give me some ideas on how to go about with this. That pyramid scheme is no longer in contact with me so no longer under my control. I wonder! may be i did received some payments through this scheme.Thanks

Sorry to hear that, but Im not clear what is pyramid scheme means. can you explain a bit?

One of this scheme is dollarblaster,may be you can search this on the internet. Later you will understand how this scheme work. So that you won't violate paypal policy. Sorry, i couldn't explained to you well about this.
