Well, tonight we are having a casserole called Company Chicken. I don't have an exact recipe, but it's basically chicken mixed in with two cans of cream of chicken soup and one 8oz container of sour cream. A bag of stuffing, made according to package directions, is added on the top. Baked at 375 degrees until bubbly. I will probably make a side of carrots, with a little nutmeg added.(one of the suggestions I had on my discussion on other ways to make veggies).
My husband loves this casserole, I'd rather be grilling tonight, but it is what he asked for.
So what are you having for dinner tonight?

I am not sure what we will be having tonight. I will have to go home and dig through the cabinets and find something I like. I am really not sure.

I actually just saw a recipe for this not too long ago so your post caught my eye. Sounds pretty yummy. Have you ever considered adding vegetables to the mix? I am always looking for ways to add in veggies to make it healthier, although having veggies on the side is also good. I'm not sure about the carrots and nutmeg. Have you done it before?

No, the carrots were a suggestion on another discussion I started. I might just add some brown sugar, I don't know for sure. I cannot add veggies. I tried it once and my husband said that it ruined the dish. I just rolled my eyes at him.

I am here by myself tonight so I am not going to cook. There is a store called Wegamns that has groceries plus a variety of takeout foods. I plan on getting some take away for dinner. They also have a very nice salad bar. i could actually get salad from the salad bar for dinner. When I get there I will decide what looks good.
