Do you eat enough protein?

If you don't, do you supplement with nifty things such as protein bars (think zoneperfect, luna, powerbar etc) or protein shakes or powders? I have a variety of things I use, protein powder which I mix in a blender bottle with water and ice, and protein nutrition bars for snacks on the go. I try to look for things that pack a good protein punch for the calories, and also something that isn't really a meal replacement, just something to have in addition. The shake mix powder I finally found is called Syntha6, and it's the only one I've found so far that tastes good mixed with water. Most of the ones I have tried have been disgusting lol.

I believe that I get plenty of protein from the foods that i eat. I try to get every thing from nature that I can I eat the legumes for proteins as well as some red meat. many green vegetables also have a goodly amount of protein. I try to stay away from any of those mixes because of all the extra chemicals that are put into to them. I try to incorporate nuts and seeds into my meals and cooking too. They are packed with vitamins minerals and protein as well as omega-3s and 6s

I don't think so. But i don't like drinking something as supplement for protein. It's better to get it from foods.
