1)Go For a long walk daily....
2)Play with Kids...
3)Play with pets
4)Listen To Music
5)Do Yoga
6)Express ur view loudly
7)Dont be shy
9)Eat Healthy
10)Wakeup Early
11)Avoid COngrontation
12)Watch Only Good Movies
13)Do jogging If U can
14)Go To church or temple
15)Thank GOD
16)Thank those who made ur life well
17)Forget those who irritated u someway
18)Meet gud people
19)Eat icecream lol I mean things u like most provided they r healthy
20)Goto sea shore if its nearby and walk
21)Eat green vegetables
22)Eat protein in diet daily
23)Do one good deed everyday
24)Read good books
25)Share ur fears and sorrows
26)If u can then do bycycling
27)Never do anything in hurry keep u r head cool
28)Dont borrow money at anycost
29)Pray To GOD

Good thing that Ganesh has given an inexhaustible list.. But to me these are very hard to put to practice in real life..

Cutout the caffeine is my tip. Since I did, I find I can deal with everything so much better and I don't worry half as much.
Money is the biggest stress causer, set a budget and live inside it. Don't worry about the things you don't have, and really appreciate the things you do.
Sleep is another way to help fight stress, get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night helps us to face the new day energized and ready to handle all it has to deal out to us.

When I have a good amount of sleep, I feel more calm and relaxed. But if I do not have enough sleep, I easily get stressed out.

Hi..ganesh..you have got a very long list of stress busters..keep it up...stress is becoming a common problem nowadays...this may sound a bit crazy but when i get tensed i sing songs loudly i dont care if others are listening or not even if i sound like donkey also .. it reduces stress a bit ...ive learnt that crying also is good stress buster it relives burden on nerves..so dont hesitate to cry your heart out when sad no matter you are a male or female....!

Best of all and costing nothing as well ...... SLEEP.
Also it helps conserve energy.
Leaving alone the lighter part of it, very important things are there to be learnt. whatever you have mentioned are all good because they divert your mind and thereby relax you. there are relaxing methods which can give real relaxation to muscles and mind. may be yoga, meditation are all in this line. learning them properly and using them will give much effective results.
