What do you think that having one night stand is bad or neutral?
Well I think about it myself and have no ideas about it. Well i am reffering having it with anyone or you can say random. Our choice is our choice.

I had a few when I was younger, some by choice others not by choice 
I found they were not as satisfying as I thought they would be. I think one night stands are those ideas that are better left as that an idea, because the real thing just isn't as good.

I never use to like them always like to be in a relationship... no i use to have friends with benefits would that be considered as a one night stand???

In most cases they are ok..if its a friend of a friend and you are using protection, at least if its a friend of someone you know, you can get a bit of history on the person. With total strangers at a bar or something...eh im not so sure.
