It would be great if they could get him to talk. Thats so sad about him having his tounge hanging out of his mouth all the time.

He was on SmackDown! the other night and I can't remember who he wrestled but after he and his partner won they were trying to ring the bell to beat him while he was in that catatonic state. I'm sure they are working with him to talk, its all part of the story line.

he is still in wwe and just to let you know that is put on for entertainment he has nothing wrong with him and he was the imposter kane 2 years ago and he acted different and about 6-7 years ago him and jesse were in another wrestling company and he talked all the time there

I saw festus back recently. He whereing a mechanics outfit now. He was out for a while due to failing the banned substance policy. He tested positive for too much biscuts and gravy. For some reason they don't allow you to eat too much biscuts and gravy in WWE.
