Update: quitting smoking

At about 1030pm (CST) I had put the patch on and its been over two hours and everything is going well.

Congratulations for that. I hope it stays that way until you don't feel like smoking anymore. Smoking has never been good to the body. Good for you for making that move to quit. Hurray!
