I didn't quite follow your question clearly. Do you mean you want a body like Bruce Lee's in 3 days? that's impossible! Although, here is what you can do.
Eat a balanced diet. Run for 30 minutes on alternate days. On the days you don't rub. do weight training at home. Do push ups and crunches too. these hardly take time or equipment. You can start with 10 push ups a day and slowly go to 100. This will give you well toned arms. Crunches will give you toned abdomen.
