I personally have heard that Sprint is scamming people, there increasing peoples bills way higher then they are supposed to be. I hear that they are canceling accounts if your calling there support staff to much. Does that sound right, I mean how do you cut people off like that just because you don't want to hear from them anymore. Wouldn't that make them call more LOL, anyway I always thought none of these problems would happen to me. I have been with Sprint for about a year and up till now haven't really had any problems with them. Recently though I been having problems logging onto my online account, both from my computer and phone. Also a weird charge has shown up on my bill, I tried calling them and after 20min of waiting a woman finally picked up and put me back on hold. 15 min later the phone click over and some one hung up on me. I called back no better luck, my feelings telling me to let Sprint go. Don't want to pay $200 cancelation fee though, but I really am tired of Sprint any way. Has anyone else been having trouble with Sprint, any suggestions on what phone service is the best.

That's one of the reason why I changed from Sprint to T-Mobile... I had t-mobile before I changed my job & I decided to go with Nextel... About 2 years after I've been with Nextel, they decided to merge with Sprint & that's when my bill started to get weird... I can understand with merge & everything, sometimes it takes a while to get everything straighten out... Mean while, I changed my phone to their hybrid phone... That was about a year ago... I paid pretty much the full price for the phone just so there's no extension on my contract... Come to find out, they did anyway without my permission... After making calls & talking to numbers of people, I finally got fed up with them & just canceled the service by paying $200... Now I'm back to T-mobile... I shouldn't have left them to begin with, lol...

You right thats how I feel now, I'm really not caring about the $200 fee. Maybe I'll go check out T-mobile. Thanks
