Is a big mac one of your five a day?

before you wonder i'm not overweight or addicted to McDonalds i'm just having a bet with my mate who thinks there's enough lettuce in a big mac to count as one of your five a day what do you guys think :S

I think your friend is just trying to justify eating big macs. It would only count if it had a full 1/6 of a head lettuce. There isn't enough onion to count ether because there isn't enough on a big mac
