Few people are aware of their Rights as Patients, Are you aware of these?

There are several rights that Patients have, like he has the right to confidentiality; he has the right to know all the options for treatment; he has the right to refuse treatment or certain procedures; he has the right to change doctors; he has the right to the best treatment a doctor could give; etc

Most people, I would think, would know these basic rights as a patient. If not, they are not taking an active part in their own health. One other thought, 50% of doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class! What do you call the person who graduated at the bottom of his medical class.........DR!

well, i am since i am in the medical allied profession. 
being a nurse, i am a patient's advocate and being such i need to reserve these rights for my patients in order to establish rapport and maintaining their dignity.
