Few weeks before, I had posted a topic about my friend who has become an addict to playing online games. Nothing could stop her..She started playing online games in her leisure time which slowly started to accupy her day fully. Later she started to play the games in the night too. She hardly slept for 4 hours in the night. Sooner we found that she became short tempered, cannot take quick decisions, and is always thinking about something else. Her health was affected badly and she became restless. Her husband who was much worried about her health took her to a doctor. She was diagonised to have biological imbalances of hormones. Now she is under mediaction. She is also under counselling who have advised her to meditate..So to all my fellow mylotters, please do not play online games over the limit..Let it be a fun and not the master of you...
