can you please give me suggestions on how to lose weight

HEEELLLLLPPPPPPP!!! I need to lose weight for an upcoming wedding day on december. I want to lose at least 40 lbs. I am 160 lbs today. Can anyone give me suggestions: pills, tea, guidelines I can use that can help me lose weight. thanks

I have had, and am having success right now, with a low carb/high protein diet. With this diet you eat a lot of meat, chicken, fish, eggs...things that are low in carbs which forces your body to burn fat instead of carbs. It's not too difficult and doesn't leave you feeling hungry all of the time. There are a lot of DVd programs out there-I suggest the FIRM it is a combination of weights and cardio together. Along with clean eating cutting out the white breads, pasta and eating lean meats, fruits and veggies South Beach diet maybe a suggestion for you. Good luck!

Weight Watchers Is a great Program My wife Uses it and has lost so Much Weight I was in shock..lol But it does cost some money for the Program I got her's off of ebay but you can eat whatever you want to cake,ice cream,chips you name it. It is a Great Program Have a Great Day/Night

Yes it really works it goes by a Points system and you get so many Points per Day it works really Great.

Take the simplest approach, no pills, no magic diet, no special program. Just watch what you eat. Eat sensibly - eat regular foods, meat,, veggies, fruit, some carbs, in other words eat healthy. Stay away from junk like pop, chips, candy, sweets.(ok to have on occassion just not all the time) Stay away from things made with high fructose corn syrup. Try to stay away from breads and pasta. EXERCISE - even if it is a daily walk. With changing your eating habits and exercising you will notice a big difference and you may make it by December if you are real disiplined. and this way you can keep it off. Losing 2-4 pounds per week would be good and you can keep it off by losing it slower rather than faster. I think this method is the most healthiest and probably the less likely to put the weight back on. Good luck to you!

aha!... this is my best advice for you,,, do not eat more,,, always drink a glass of water,,, it is the best way to lose weight cause that is my procedure,,,,
