Can you say that corruption is a bane or a boon?

Corruption exists in any organization or community which is receiving or taking money or other forms of satisfaction for one's own benefit directly or indirectly.

Corruption obviously is a bane. If you can only see the poverty here in the Philippines due to corruption. If only killing wasn't a crime, then I would have killed all the corrupt officials here. Hehe. But I can somewhat also consider corruption as a boon. You know, if everything was fine and dandy then there would be nothing to learn and realize and fight for. It'll all be boring and lesser problems would result to lesser motivation for development and progress. So corruption is a necessary evil in a way. But too much of it is still very bad.

Corruption is obviously a bane. saying corruption a boon is a stupid idea i think. but one thing is for sure that people talk a lot about corruption whereas there is no guarrantee that if they are given a chance they will not do corruption. one thing more,,the participation of a normal man in corruption is equal to the one who actually gets corrupted. if we dont bribe Traffic policemen,,How will corruption happen. tace care peace
