People in my city are talking most about buying houses. The faster the price rise, the more anxicious people are getting. It's been a crazy to buy houses for marrying a wife or for investing in the recent 5 years.

There are a couple. I think the biggest one is that Anhieser-Bush sold to InBev. Of course it will take a few months for the switch to take place. But more than afew are upset.
