how is everyone today?

today has already been a long day for me, first of all i had to get up after not sleeping a lot last night and go and mail a package and sit there for almost an hour and then come back home and eat, and now i am trying to work and this day has already been stressful and playing on my mind, and i don't really know what the rest of the day is going to intel, its already been stressful like i have said, worrying about money and things like that...so i just hope that today will start getting better as the day goes on, so i was just wondering about all of you, how has your day been so far, has your day been good so far or has it already been stressful...i hope that you all have a great day and thank you for taking the time to read my discussion and hopefully answering!

oh dear you do sound like you have had a tough day today hun
mine hasnt been so bad to be honest, i went to a slimming club for the first time last night and started my plan today, so i went shopping to get some healthy food in and im actually feeling quite energised, its amazing what your 5 a day can actually do for you!
my day has been relativley long tho and im looking forward to going to bed

My day was tiring too. After teaching for almost 6 hours. I had to attend my part-time job, which is a tutorial service, for two hours leaving me an hour and a half for doing forums. Still, regardless of what I did for the entire day, I can still smile knowing that tomorrow, the sun will shine again to me. I just hope that it will not rain. I'll be wet again on my motorcycle if the weather will not cooperate again. Ohh.. wishful thinking..

my day has been great so far. i just had my lunch, and that was an awesome yummy lunch that i had. i received a very long email from my boyfriend, which i'm already done replying. i have a bad cold, but it's not that bad, it has not ruined my day at all. my left eye is swelling, i have a sty, but i already took my medication for it. antibiotics that is. and everything is all and well. am in great shape, i love my life and i love my boyfriend and he loves me so much. it can be worst, but am just happy about it.

It's been a tough day for you, huh! Don't worry, it's another day tomorrow. As for me, I am doing just well though I haven't got a good sleep this afternoon. Yeah, afternoon coz I work night shift so I sleep during the day. After I got off from work this morning, we went straight to the grocery and roam around the city with my family. I slept around 3pm and woke up 630pm for another night's work. But, it's been a good day for me.

Hello. It is thoughtful of you to ask. I am having a fine normal day today though quiet sleepy too as I haven’t had enough sleep this week.. It is already 5:00 pm here at the office and I will be out of here in about an hour and a half. I am happy because it is payday today. I am going to treat my mother tonight. Will buy our dinner at a fancy restaurant tonight. It has become a ritual for us every payday. Also I have asked my boyfriend to come over to the house tonight so I guess my day is pretty fine. I hope you will have your rest soon. take care always and god bless.

Thank you for asking, I think I will be having a wonderful day. I usually do. I read that thinking about stress only makes it more stressful so everyday I determine that it is going to be a wonderful day and it usually exceeds my expectations. It seems to me that everyday is one more day to get stronger, to be more creative, to learn more, etc. Cheers!!

Today is fine here thankyou,the rain has started to come down heavily ,but apart from the all in the world is well.They had forecast some heavy rain and storms,so we mustny be suprised.But im sure that they will be a flash in the pan and the sun will return soon enough.We all have days when we worry and days when we are calm,and today im so lucky to have a calm day

Hi jhl930, my day has been very stressful as well. Things around here are a little crazy. After being kept up for most of the night with my 4 month old baby girl, my mom came over in the morning and dropped off my neice and nephew because she needed to run some errands. I did my housewwork and left with my 4 kids to run my own errands, needless to say, I didn't have a good time with my nagging 6 yr. old. Anyways, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

well, i also did not have a good sleep last night and not feeling that great at the moment... i feel really sleepy and tired but i have to work... i have no choice... so i just have to cope with the day and hopefully it will be over soon... take care and have a nice day...

My day is pretty good. I was doing this week's usual TA-ing job for the high school kids here in our university. Other than that nothing exciting really. Except for the part when I figured out that our class are going to a fieldtrip on friday in UTIAS. The aerospace sector of University of Toronto. Pretty cool and exciting.

Today has not been a bad day, I managed to get up early and felt quite refreshed for a change. Until I saw the weather LOL. Worrying about money is guaranteed to make you stressed and then ill, I cannot tell you the amount of times I have been there, and no doubt the way things are going will be there again! I hope that your day gets better though!
The rest of my day was OK, but I felt quite restless, the kids are off school and the weather was rubbish and there was nothing for us to do. My boys were OK, they had a friend around but my two year old picked up my restlessness and she too was bored and so trying to entertain her was hard, and as she is a mini me it was even harder. I think we clashed more times than played!

I am really itchy today, I have dry skin and eczema and some days it does not effect me, whereas other days it does and today has been one of those days with my leg itching (off an insect bite) and my neck itching (off eczema) and my eye has recently started itching (from dust I am assuming).
Other than that it has been quite a nice day, quite warm and pleasant, but then I got called into work, which as we had very few customers was like a ghost town and a ghost town in retail = very boring.

Today is another hot day for me at my house. I was hoping that my air conditioning would be taken care of soon. It needs some kind of tune up. Yes I understand the stresses of every day life. Money is scarce and there are bills also.
I think a lot of us are in the same boat in this life. It's not always easy but we should try to count our blessings and get through the day. Good luck and I hope that your day goes better.
