how to substantially drive traffic to my website

I have already done a lot to optimise my website (paradisebayresort)by working with carefully selected keywords that I checked on traffic and competition. This has already helped a lot but not enough. My aim is to increase at least a factor 50 in traffic and I know it may not be for free. But just buying a lot of adwords is not feasible. So I am looking for the golden tip and I will reward that with a free stay at my resort in Grenada, Caribbean. All other good tips will get a large discount. Placing links from directories is not a golden tip, nor are similar well known measures. It could be something like viral marketing but I would need enough details to implement that.
