How do you change your profile picture?

I am so tired of look at this picture. Please let me in on the secret, I have clicked on everything photo related and nothing tells me what I need to know.

Looks like you figured it out. Good picture of you. Since they changed everything I have no idea how to get into the profile editor anymore.

I always just ask for help. lol. Sometimes I get it sometimes I don't but I will never know unless I try.
