How can I increase my Post...........................!!!!

Yep, others have already said it, but the best way of increasing earnings without spending much time here is to get lots and lots of referrals. I don't have any referrals so I can't really advise you on how to get loads, but I guess you should just put your referral link anywhere you can! If the problem is that you don't like writing, then you can also earn some money from uploading photos to interests. You don't get much for each one, but it's an alternative way other than just posting written content. The main way to earn without referrals is to keep writing good quality answers of at least four or five lines. I see you've been here a little while if you're up to 294 posts, so you probably know all this already. But I find that just by participating in discussions that interest me I'm able to make payout each month. It's not big money and I don't think anyone can do this as their job or anything, but I think of it more as a hobby that pays me to do it!

Without spending time here yourself, you would have to have a lot of referrals who spend time here and are active. That's really the only way as far as I know.
