I was always mad at my then- boyfriend for being constantly late for our dates. One day he gave me a short story he wrote himself. It was about a prince who promised to give the sun to his princess. But the time the prince woke up, its was already evening, so of course, the sun was no longer out. Instead, the prince got the moon and the stars in the sky and offered it to his princess. And in the story they lived happily ever after. After my boyfriend told me this, I became more forgiving of his tardiness.
