Need Help for Free VOIP assistans

Can anybody help me to find out a way to make free phone calls all over the world. I heard about such ways using VOIP technology.

I use Skype..at www.skype.com it's a free download,and if you and the person you want to talk to both have it on your computers,calls between you are free! You just need a broadband connection for better quality of sound,and to have a microphone and a soundcard on yuor computer,-if you don't,there are small VOIP USB "phone" handsets with a small soundcard built in that are easily available!

You have one more option available now, its called the Our Free Phone, you can use it on your computer, your mobile phone as well as your fixed landline. The person whom you are calling, if they too have it on phone then calls are absolutely free, if they dont' then calls charges are very low.
