Do you prefer rainy days?

I most certainly don't. Especially here in Manila where one downpour can leave you knee-deep in floodwaters. The faulty drainage plus the carelessness among residents is to blame for this. This morning, it was again raining cats and dogs, with vehicles turning on their headlights to increase visibility. The public utility vehicles were crowded, and because it's raining, wet. I really just want windy days with an overcast sky. I like the cool breeze whipping my face, but I do not like rain!

Well my place is quite high and does not get flooded that easily. I like rain when I do not have to go to office and just stay at home. I feel relaxed with the way things are cool and its good to sleep and just rest the day. But when its a weekday where I have to travel by public transport that is really a problem, becuase when it rains it usually is full of cars and traffic is to be expected. Public transport is also hard to find since it usually are full to the brim.

I also like windy days with overcast skies, and cool breeze. I also like rain :) but usually when I'm safe inside the house. I do hate getting caught in the rain out in the streets, but not because of the rain per se - it's because when I'm walking my shoes get filled up with muddy water, or when I'm in public transport it can really get suffocatingly stuffy inside.

I don't like rain too. But we also needed it when it's too hot. The plants and trees would die if there's no rain. We can't blame the rain for floods. It's the peoples garbage that cause the flood.
