Personally i have nothing about energy drinks. I think they taste good and its always nice with some coffein to keep you awake ;) Also me and my friends always drink them at parties and such. Anyways, my parents dislike them and say that they are unhealthy and if you drink too many of the powerful ones (red bull ect.) you could die from it. Do you beleive that? Also, what are your favourites? Mine are: Red bull, Burn, X-ray, Cult. Anyone? :P

I don't like energy drink also. No one knows what they add to the drink, how can we tell if it do good to our health. and i don't like sweet taste. I like to drink tea, which is a natural drink and it contains vitamin. in summer i drink green tea and in winter i drink black tea.

its not much harm when you drink them once in a while but to drink them regularly i think we will get addicted to them (not exactly addicted but a kind of) ... i think we must depend more on natural diet than these energy drinks and stuff.

Personally I do not care for energy drinks because I do not like the way they taste and I can find other ways to help me get energy, and I believe that they can be very unhealthy and can hurt you more than they help you,my friend used to drink energy drinks a lot, ones like vault to help him be energized at work, and I think there was one time he got really sick because of them, but I do not think he could prove that it was because of them though.

I think energy drinks are cool because they help you keep your energy up when you need them. But I haven't tried any yet. I tried to use coffee but it doesn't really work for me. Sometimes it does but I really don't get that very energized effect.

Many energy drinks have very high levels of caffeine, sodium, or sugar, and therefore these drinks can have serious health effects. Drinks very high in caffeine can have serious effects for athletes because they can contribute to dehydration and hinder rehydration and recovery after workouts or competition.
