macculluch 250 and 300 chain saw's

Not sure ifthese are the supers or not,but having problems with the oiler ont the 250 model.I have a good knowledge of small engine repair.This saw was brought to me for rebuilding. The problem is this;when assembled,this saw will not oil the bar.It has a manual oiler.a new o-ring and cup was installed on the oiler rod.Also,the spring and check ball are in good shape
