I made one with everything. Pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers and the best... cream cheese. I would however see if I could get low salt cream cheese, because this is extra salty, but boy is it the best pizza ever. Tonight I am making one with sausage onions and peppers. A nice treat once in awhile, pizza is.

The last pizza that I made had pepperoni and bacon on it. The last pizza I cooked was a four cheese pizza. Both were yummy. I have never had cream cheese on a pizza before. Was it on top or in place of the sauce?

Those are both good. Actually the cream cheese was chunked up on top into small pieces, but reading your comment, I realized it would probably be easier to nuke it and stir down smooth, then spread it on, top with sauce (sweet will cut some of the salty) then regular toppings. And that way you get cream cheese with every bite rather than a blob of it. I had never heard of this either until my guy came home from Nebraska and told me they made a pizza like that out there somewhere.

AAwh! That sounds good. The last one I made was Italian sausage (Spicy), olives, mushrooms, Bell Pepper and three types of cheese. I like onion too but no one else does.

I use the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Bread Mix to make the dough. I then poor olive oil on the pan and a little on the dough and then spread it out by hand. I bake it for ten minutes then pull it out and put all the toppings on it and then continue to back it until it is ready. The girls actually say they like it better then Papa Murphy's which is supposable the best pizza around here.

I will have to try that. I have never had it, but am sure I can find it in our local Kroger store. Right now when I go starch free I make a cheese/egg crust that isn't too bad either. Amazingly it holds up well and you can eat it with your hands.

Have you found a way to make them without gluten? I hope so, if not let me know, I have a few ideas you could try and some links I could message you.

Sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. I am not very creative with my pizzas, and I tend to eat whatever tastes good. I have never heard of cream cheese on a pizza, but I love cream cheese so it at least sounds good. How do you put it on there? I may try it myself one day. Onions on pizza is good, too, I just cannot find any that are already cut up around the house.

I have no idea where you hail from, but here in US we can get onions in the frozen section. Or if you want to save money, get some freezer bags and cut up some onions and freeze them. That way you have them next time you want a pizza. I like doing this because it saves the bag from going to sprout and I only have to cry once.

oh sorry for forgetting that. lol. I usually chunk it on top, but as I told the gal before your response, I think it might be good to soften it and spread it on the crust, then top with sauce and then top like normal.

Ah, okay. That sounds like a good idea. And, what about the cream cheese? How do you add that in there?

5 years ago, I made tuna pizza with friends. I just put some pizza sauce, open a can of tuna, add some cheese, chunks of pineapple and place them in the oven. Aloha!
